1. Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we store the account identifier, name, email address, profile image, and basic authentication metadata needed to keep you signed in. We also store subscription and order records when you choose a paid plan.

2. Payments

Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout and are not received or stored by Velora. Stripe receives the email address and plan needed to complete the subscription and sends us payment and subscription status.

3. The current preview experience

Velora currently demonstrates the post-subscription creation flow with a simulated queue. The queue runs in your browser and does not complete. Do not enter private or sensitive information into a conversation while the preview notice is shown.

4. Cookies and local storage

Velora uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in and may use local storage for interface preferences and queue state. Essential cookies are required for authentication and billing.

5. Service providers

We use Google for authentication, Stripe for subscriptions, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and our own PostgreSQL service for account and subscription records. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and subscription records are retained while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes. You can request access, correction, or deletion using the contact address below.
